Returns // Exchanges

Final Sale Items – No Returns or Exchanges

For sanitary reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Return Eligibility (Non-Final Sale Items)

We accept returns on eligible non-final sale items within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
Items with makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, pet hair, or signs of wear will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
